The academic difference in the disciplines of working curricula is determined on the basis of the list of disciplines studied, their programs and volumes in academic hours or credits reflected in the transcript, or a certificate issued to persons who have not completed their education.
When transferring or restoring a student from a foreign educational organization, a document on the mastered educational programs (academic certificate or transcript), as well as a document on the completion of the previous level of education, which must undergo the procedure of nostrification in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the order established by the Rules of recognition and nostrification of documents on education, approved by the order of the Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is submitted
To eliminate the academic difference in the disciplines of the working curriculum, the student is enrolled in these disciplines, attends all types of training sessions during the academic period, passes all types of current control, receives admission to the final control.
Academic difference in the disciplines of the working curriculum, not eliminated in the semester, is further considered as academic debt. Transfer and restoration is carried out on the same course, if the difference in the curriculum is for the bachelor no more than four academic disciplines of the mandatory component.
When transferring in the student’s personal file must be a certificate of UNT or CT — for bachelor and certificate of entrance examinations — for master.
